In this text,You……………………………………………………., Passport …………………….., Address……………………………………………………, City…………………C.P…………., Phone:……………………., email…………………………..is interpreted as the customer who has booked us (Date……………………..) and, We (registered by the public administrations in Malaga with the code AT/MA/00168, as requested by the decree 20/2002 January 29), is any of the staff employed by those who have contacted.

Upon confirmation of a booking or commitment to us, it is implied that you have read, understood, and agree to the following conditions:

Rates are allocated among the participating policyholders of service. If you are a single person, we can try to join other small groups in the same situation, to share costs. These fees may vary depending on the number of people in the group, the length and difficulty of the activity. Check your particular situation: (Activity:…………………………………………………………………………., and price…………………………..).

Included: guide service and collective technical gear. In some cases individual technical gear Liability insurance and accident insurance. (Shoes size: ……. , Harness size: …….., Helmet: ………).

Not included: Displacement, lodging and meals or the / os client / s or guide. These expenses are allocated among the service takers. Approximate prices of that charge depend on the preferences of the participants and we will study once the first contacts are iniciated.

If you want to reserve our services is important to book it with time. If the activity, course, or travel is canceled by the client before the start of it, the book won`t be returned. (Book: ……….)

We will always do everything possible to help you meet your objectives, managing and minimizing risks, but in cases where the discretion of the guide considers that continuing the proposed route may cause you to you, the group, and / or the guide / s unnecessary risks may amend or cancel the activity, course or journey, especially considering the following cases:

• If the physical or technical level of the participants was not appropriate for the activity.
• If weather or mountain conditions are not right.
• If there is a noticeable delay at scheduled times for the activity.

In these cases no amount will be refunded once the activity is started. Customers should understand that participation in mountain activites, take some risks that we take care of managing and maintaining your safety minimize, but these are not always in our hands, and in these cases it is best to cancel, change, or postpone the activity.

Customers confirm that they known or have been informed of:

• The destinations, itineraries or paths to follow.
• Standars to preserve the environment in which the activity is performed.
• Knowledge required, practical difficulties involved in activity, and behavior to follow in case of danger.
• Physical requirements or skills needed to engage in the activity.
• The need for the user to notify any health related problem that may suffer.
• Security previews.
• Risk for each activity.
• The minimum staff of the entity for each activity performed and the maximum number of users each.
• Maximum or minimum age to practice each of the activities.
• About the laws of the activities adventure in Andalucia, or others places where we do the activity.
• About insurance liability and accidents.

When booking and signing these conditions, the client is accepting the risks of the activity and will be responsible for their own
actions.
